Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shuddh Herb Organic Essentials. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Standard Shipping Policy
We deliver across India, covering all metros and select non-metro cities. We partner with a reliable logistics service for non-perishable goods. For perishable items, a dedicated team ensures hand-delivery in select cities.
We aim to prevent shipment delays, but external factors may occasionally impact delivery.
Shipping Time
As most of our products are made to order, vendors determine the lead time, which is listed for each product and at checkout. The typical lead time is 5-7 working days. Once the vendor prepares your product, our logistics partner will dispatch it for delivery between 8 am and 9 pm on business days (Monday-Saturday). We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
If the packaging of your product appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at shuddhherborganic@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged packaging. We will arrange for a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed, contact us at shuddhherborganic@gmail.com with your order number. In case your shipment is lost or misplaced, we will either resend the order (if stock is available), issue a credit note, or fully reimburse the amount. We will require confirmation in writing that the order was not received, and our decision on this matter will be final.
Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You can expect delivery within 5-7 business days from the order date. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high order volumes, delivery may be delayed. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates - Prepaid
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery Charges
The Cash on Delivery option is available in limited cities in India. Regular Shipping Slabs are applicable over and above the below-mentioned additional charge for Retail Cash on Delivery orders:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details. The tracking number will be active from dispatch until 7 days after delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Shuddh Herb Organic Essentials is not responsible for customs duties or taxes on your order. All such charges are the customer's responsibility.
Damages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive damaged goods, please contact the carrier to file a claim, or reach out to our customer support. Save all packaging and damaged products for filing a claim, and include pictures or videos of the damage.
